Request<\/div><br>\r\n<p class=\"second-tex\">Please complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.svctokyo.co.jp\/cn\/wp-content\/themes\/SVC2018\/images\/ordersheet.docx\">\u201cRequest Form for Analytical Testing (MS Word)\u201d<\/a>and send to account manager<br>\r\nPlease also send us your test material at the same time\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Test material should be appropriately packaged to prevent leakage from a container or damage of a container during transportation<\/li>\r\n<li>Beverage container (plastic bottle or can) should not be used for test material<\/li>\r\n<li>Special container should be used for sending volatile material<\/li>\r\n<li>SDS (Safety Data Sheet) or relevant information should be provided and attached to samples submitted for testing.  <br>We do not accept the following types of samples for testing:  hazardous materials which are prohibited under Industrial Safety and Health Law, Class 1 Specified Chemical Substances, radioactive materials, and other materials which are especially hazardous.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<br clear=\"all\">\r\n\r\n<div class=\"flow-balloon\">\r\n<div class=\"whitetbox\">4. Testing<\/div><br>\r\n<p class=\"second-tex\">We start preparation of your test upon receipt of your request<br>\r\nOur engineer in charge starts testing as soon as we receive<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<br clear=\"all\">\r\n\r\n<div class=\"flow-balloon\">\r\n<div class=\"whitetbox\">5.
